At the end of the summer Femida Falanser's club "Studying Copyright" will continue holding meetings.

During the last two months club meetings in Falanster have been focused on copyright studying. What topics did the participants study? What does expect the club in the future? Have the goals been changed? Let's start from the beginning.

During the previous meetings club participants have studied the primary document about copyright - "The law of the Republic of Belarus on Copyright and Adjacent Rights". As the result, many questions appeared that will be solved, as soon as the answers will be found. Besides, the studying of copyright history (until 20th century) has been started. We touched the history of Venice, England, the Russian Empire, the United States, Japan and Germany.

As summer holidays will pass, from the middle of the August the club will resume meetings. The topics of future reports you can read in the club's wiki.
The goal has stayed the same. Closer to November, according to the results the member's list of the most important issues will be created. Besides, the alternative conceptions of the copyright development in our country have been formulated.

Some ideas for the further block have popped up:
  1. To include video watching and dicsussing of different shows and films, related to the definition of intellectual property.
  2. To form a open access library for better topic understanding by future users.
Those, who didn't catch up the participation in the first block "Studying copyright", can get acquainted with the Femida Falanster's wiki archive, read more about it and join us in August. Follow the news!
