Falanster gathers people who will take part in the School. The third session of the School is started on October 28 and will finished on December 1.
At this period participants will discover following topics:
- How to build internal comunication infrastructure in an organization?
- How to behave in media sphere?
- What is the organization’s knowledge and how to collect it?
- How the Falanster’s and related projects have been organized?
- How to behave yourself at the time of social political turmoils on the streets?
- How the formal structure of organization is built and how it suited the reality?
- What is the information security in team?
- What dicision-making forms can be in organization?
Optionally, several topics related to the emergence, formation and extinction of communities are being took place. These topics are connected with theory of passionarity of Lev Gumilev and with modern situation in political idiologies.
Each meeting will combine theory and practice. Practice will focus on developing team-working skills using different online tools, ability to coordinate views and coming to a decision with different methods (consensus, do-ocracy, the power of the force)
First of all, this School is for Falanster’s members, but also all, who are interested in participation and in understanding of organization work flow, are welcome.
It is possible to join the School on any step but taking part in all steps will be the most effective.
The main principle of the School is the maximum involvement of the participants in the educational process: at a meeting each participant may be the lecturer, the listener or the coach of the practical part.
As a result, Schools expects to receive more organizational trained Falanster’s members, organize experience into knowledge, expand the circle of sympathizers, as well as to attract smart and curious people to Falanster’s activity.
